I am a Data Scientist who enjoys connecting the dots: be it ideas from different disciplines, people from different teams, or applications from different industries. I have strong technical skills and an academic background in Engineering, Statistics, and Machine learning. However, it is through Analytical Thinking that I can use my aptitude and creative problem-solving skills to their fullest.

Interest include: ML & AI, algorithms in classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection, neural network and optimization, large scale systems, natural language, big data, and artificial intelligence

Work

My prior experience as an engineer has enabled me to work on large data intensive projects:

  • Built Tableau dashboards to visualize core business KPIs, saving 20 hrs/week of manual reporting work..
  • Deployed Machine Learning Algorithm with 95% accurate Power Production Forecasting.
  • Executed data intensive projects that involved aggregation of unstructured data from 7+ sources, data processing and data analysis.

However, it is through Analytical Thinking that I can use my aptitude and creative problem-solving skills to their fullest.

My background in generating innovative ideas and strategies to improve processes has provided me with a deeper understanding of multifaceted problems that companies encounter in their daily operations. Moreover, because of my work experiences, I fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment.
